Are you ready for the 2019 HRAAF? I hope so, because we're now accepting Vendor and Exhibitor applications!
We're so excited that you're interested in being a part of this year's African-American Festival by participating as a Retail/Food Vendor or a Community Row Exihibitor! This year's Festival is going to be awesome, so get your application and payment in early to secure your spot!
The application process is a little different this year, so please read carefully.
We've created a new "Vendor Rules and Guidelines" document for all vendors to read and accept before applications are approved. Some of the new requirements this year for vendors include mandatory table coverings and tents. Click here for the Vendor Info Packet and click here for the Exhibitor Info Packet. Each packet includes an application that can be printed out and submitted by mail or in person.
Remember to get your application in early this year! We're planning a television, radio and social media blitz that you don't want to miss out on! Getting your spot secured before May 15 will ensure that you're posted on our website and social media with your contact info, and the early birds who submit their applications and payment by May 15 will be listed in our Keepsake Festival Program as well!
Please note: Applications and payments MUST be received by the deadline of May 15, 2019 to avoid a late fee. We will not be able to accept any "day of" registrations this year. There will be absolutely no exceptions made to these policies.
